Quavo, one-third of rap supergroup Migos, celebrated his birthday by staging the second annual Huncho Day last Sunday at Berkmar High School in Lilburn.

Born Quavious Marshall, Quavo recruited his Migos’ teammates, Offset and Takeoff, in addition to the self-styled “East Atlanta Santa” Gucci Mane.

NFL ballers Cam Newton of the Carolina Panthers, Saquon Barkley of the New York Giants and Von Miller of the Denver Broncos also participated in the game.

The celebrity football game will be most remembered with surprise appearances by Colin Kaepernick and Eric Reid of the Carolina Panthers.

16-time wrestling heavyweight champion Ric Flair greeted the players as they arrived in the locker room.

Split up into two teams, Team AK (led by running back Alvin Kamara of the New Orleans Saints) and team Huncho, the
celebrities enjoyed a fun-filled game, complete with spirited competition, fans cheering on the sidelines with Team AK taking home the win all to raise money for Atlanta-area youth.

“That was huge for him to come out here and support,” Kamara said. “That’s the kind of impact and influence we all bring. Definitely good to see him in addition to Von and Julio. The guys have ten million other things going on but for them to stop and take a minute to come out was great.”
