Tuesday night, the College Football Playoff Committee released their latest rankings ahead of conference championship weekend. Here are their complete rankings in Week Five of the College Football Playoff Poll:

The top four teams in the final rankings on Dec. 2 will play in the semifinals. Those two games will be at in the Orange Bowl and Cotton Bowl on Dec. 29. The championship game will be played on Jan. 7 in Santa Clara, California, at Levi’s Stadium.
