The GLOBE Academy, a dual language immersion public charter school in DeKalb County, has opened its new lower campus in Decatur, which will welcome Kindergarten through fifth-grade students, after receiving aid from the Decide DeKalb Development Authority to secure a $25 million bond for the purchase and upgrade of the property.
