Ingredients
1 Large Red Bell Pepper
1 Large yellow bell pepper
1 cup of Stir fry vegetable medley
2 cups of butternut squash spirals
3/4 pound of low sodium roast beef thin sliced
2tsp Mrs. Dash spicy
2 tsp Mrs. Dash original seasoning
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp of chicken stock
2 tbsp of Kikkoman stir fry sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut roast beef into thin strips and place them on a cookie sheet. Cut red and yellow pepper into long strips and plastic on the cookie sheet as well. Open the vegetable medley bag and also put on the same cookie sheet. Season everything on the cookie sheet with dry and wet seasoning. Place in the oven for 10 min. 3 mins before it’s done add your butternut squash noodles. Toss everything together and put the cooking sheet back in for 3min. When done transfer to plate and enjoy!
