Hawks to celebrate “Love Wins” Wednesday night
Wednesday night, the Hawks will host their second annual Love Wins Pride Night game when the Chicago Bulls come to town. The evening promises to be a night of celebration and inclusion for everyone who supports and is part of the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. Fans arriving into the arena will see the iconic “ATLANTA” letters lit up in rainbow colors and hear the sounds of DJ Neon the Glowgobear in pregame and are urged to stay late and party with DJ Toni K at Gate 1 near the Hawks Shop. Throughout the game, attendees can also get their faces painted and have some fun in Hawks Pride-themed photobooths.
The Hawks will present the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRCF) with a $10,000 donation. The HRCF improves the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) people by working to increase understanding and encourage the adoption of LGBTQ-inclusive policies and practices.
