The University of Chicago Institute of Politics hosted a Youth VoteFest during the Democratic National Convention to encourage young voters to get to the polls and secure the youth vote, with speakers including Mayor Brandon Johnson, Pete Buttigieg, Garlin Gilchrist II, Jahnavi Rao, and representatives Maxwell Frost, Adam Kinzinger, Delia Ramirez, and Justin J. Pearson.
