School-based clinics play a vital role in improving student outcomes by keeping children healthy, reducing absenteeism, and supporting their ability to focus and thrive in the classroom.

โ€œPartnerships like these are critical to ensuring our children have every opportunity to succeed,โ€ saidย Dr. David Williams. โ€œWhen we bring healthcare directly into schools, we remove barriers for families and create an environment where students can stay healthy, focused, and ready to learn. Southside Medical Center is proud to collaborate with Lee Street and Huie Elementary to support the well-being and future of our communities.โ€
