Young’s story, however, is not defined by professional milestones alone. In 2019, his life was shaken by tragedy when his brother was murdered. Rather than allowing grief to consume him, Young transformed the pain into purpose. “I stopped asking what I could gain from life and started asking what I could give back,” he says. Since that moment, YMC has grown from a small consultancy into a thriving firm with more than 120 employees and a portfolio of over 300 projects across the country.
