With 25 days till early voting begins in Georgia on Tuesday, Oct. 15, current United States Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris is scheduled to return Georgia, and more specifically metro Atlanta today, according to her campaign.

The battleground states, such as Georgia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, for example, have seen a lot of Harris and her opponent, former United States President Donald Trump.

For example, Republican vice president nominee JD Vance will be in Leesport, Pennsylvania on Saturday and Democratic vice president nominee and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz was in Atlanta on Tuesday, which was National Voter Registration Day, and took time to speak with students in the Atlanta University Center and at Georgia Tech.

Harris held a rally in Savannah on August 29 and saw a large crowd fill the seats inside En Market Arena. Both she and Walz also conducted a grassroots bus tour in Coastal Georgia, adding a stop in downtown Savannah and at Liberty County High School in Hinesville a day earlier.

With 16 electoral votes up for grabs, Georgia remains crucial for both presidential candidates. There is a good chance Harris and Trump will return to Georgia before Election Day, November 5. In early August the Harris-Walz campaign ramped up the advertising budget in Georgia, with several of those billboards being in Savannah.
