Welcome to WAREhouse Studio, a creative space for bold voices and authentic storytelling. To ensure a safe, productive, and respectful environment for all users, please review and follow the guidelines below.


General Usage

  • Reservations Required: All studio use must be booked in advance via our online reservation system. Walk-ins are not permitted.
  • Check-In: Please arrive 20 minutes early. Check in with staff before accessing the studio.
  • Respect Time Limits: Sessions must begin and end on time. Setup and breakdown should be included within your reserved time.

Studio Conduct

  • Be Respectful: Treat fellow creatives, staff, and the space with respect. Discriminatory, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Cleanliness: Leave the space as you found it. Dispose of trash, return furniture/equipment to original positions, and wipe down surfaces if needed.
  • Noise Control: Keep noise at a reasonable level. Be mindful of neighboring sessions or office areas.

Equipment & Property

  • Handle With Care: Users are responsible for any equipment used. Report damaged or malfunctioning items immediately.
  • No Unauthorized Equipment Removal: All studio gear must stay on premises unless pre-approved by management.
  • Bring Your Own Storage: Save your files to your own drives. The Atlanta Voice is not responsible for lost or deleted data.

Content & Community Standards

  • Respectful Content Only: No content that promotes hate speech, violence, harassment, or misinformation may be recorded or photographed.
  • No Adult or Explicit Content: Pornographic or sexually explicit material is not allowed in WAREhouse Studio.

Safety & Liability

  • Food & Drink: No food is allowed in recording areas. Drinks must be in sealed containers.
  • Minors: Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Liability: Users are liable for any damage caused during their session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

Promotion & Credits (Optional)

  • When posting content produced in WAREhouse Studio, we encourage tagging @TheAtlantaVoice , @633Warehousestudios and using the hashtag #WAREhouseStudios to help spotlight your work.
