Wednesday’s Early National Signing day featured many athletes signing their letters of intent to play at the school of their choice. It is a day coaches, parents, and the players themselves are excited and proud of. For some, this is only the beginning and it marks the beginning of their next level careers. Here are some notable players who signed:

Westlake

Nate Wiggins
The cornerback for the Lions who originally committed to LSU flipped to Clemson on Saturday night after their Friday playoff game against Allatoona. The 6’2″, four-star cornerback signed with Clemson and gives the Tiger a much-needed player on the defensive side next season.

Leo Blackburn
Another great weapon on the Lions’ deadly offense is staying close to home signing with Georgia Tech. The 6’5, three-star tight end will be a critical piece in the Yellow Jackets offense once given the opportunity. Blackburn has been committed to the Yellow Jackets for some time but sealed the Wednesday.

Demarko Williams
The three-star cornerback for the Lions will be heading to Mississippi as he signed with the Rebels of Mississippi (Ole Miss). Williams had three offers from three SEC schools in Arkansas, South Carolina, and Kentucky. The Rebels added a key cornerback on the defensive side of the ball.

Dacari Collins
Another great wide receiver in Collins officially signed with Clemson. The 6’3″, four-star wide receiver has been committed to Clemson since last year and could be one of the next best Tigers receivers in Swinney’s offense.

Hapeville-Charter
