Diet failure is not your fault
Cravings: Why are they so impossible to ignore?

Our intense cravings and overall appetite are driven by that one neurotransmitter, which plays an important chemical role in controlling certain functions of the body, like sleep, mood, behavior, and sexual desire, she said. A part of her health strategy is to teach clients what is healthy to eat, dispelling many low fat myths.
At age 44, Kera Bagwell was not realizing any results when training five days a week and eating what she thought was healthy diet.
“Watching two of my friends literally shrink before my eyes since they started training with Phoenix, I had to see what it was all about,” Bagwell admits. “Phoenix quickly taught me the truth about nutrition—and how to control my serotonin; the key to regulating my cravings and appetite, along with managing my mood, sleep, anxiety and the list goes on. In only seven weeks, I was on the road to a much healthier me and I was excited to buy new clothes! I felt proud of who I was again, and for that, I am very thankful to Phoenix."
What sets Gilman apart from most is her thorough understanding of the negative role insulin and elevated blood sugar levels play in weight gain and prominent health calamities like Type 2 diabetes – which accounts for 90 to 95 percent of all diagnosed cases of diabetes and is largely preventable.
Gilman focuses on teaching clients how to live free of obesity, diabetes, Attention Deficit Disorder, depression, insomnia, hypertension, heart disease, and so much more.
“I can reverse disease states in record time. I can reverse Type 2 diabetes, mitigate addictions in record time – alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, and sugar. I can stabilize and raise cholesterol good/bad 30 to 80 points without any deadly statins. You name it, I can do it,” Gilman claims. “As a woman of integrity, I deliver what I say I can deliver. I want to deliver the results you pay me for. The goal is to train right and not store new fat. All we do is tap into the existing, changing their fuel source. So we’re no longer burning carbs, we’re burning body fat and dietary fat and stabilizing the appetite center. Now the cravings are gone.”
Dr. Kathy, a 54 year-old client of Body by Phoenix, is another success story. "I was tired of being a fat, middle-aged woman. I knew it was now or never,” she says. “With Phoenix's encouragement and extensive knowledge regarding serotonin and nutrition, change came within just a few short months. I felt like a totally new woman! No longer did I crave sweets or my wine. My depression was alleviated. I dropped several sizes, gained confidence, trigs went down 90 points in just six months, I felt 10 years younger and had energy I hadn't felt in years!”
Body by Phoenix should really be called Body “like” Phoenix. She is an example of her ability to help her clients defy and define their age at any point in time. She tries to remove every excuse that is keeping her clients from making that first step.
