ATTRACTIONS/EVENTS

Dragon Con, Aug. 29 – Sept. 1. Approximately 62,000 people are expected to attend this annual international pop culture convention held each Labor Day in Atlanta. The convention features more than 3,000 hours of comics, film, television, costuming, art, music and gaming over four days. Registration is required to attend the convention, but the kick-off parade (Saturday, Aug. 30, 10 a.m.) through downtown Atlanta is free and fun for the entire family.
