Letting Go and Letting God be My Life’s Guide

The point seems to be that the Christian life is a journey, an experience we desire in order to talk to and be with God.

So this walk thing can be interpreted literally from the standpoint that you can actually connect with God. You can walk with Him as Enoch did. You can also hope and pray that God will take you too. I believe that’s the point, isn’t it? So when you get up tomorrow, think about this and really try to let God order your steps. Make a concerted effort to listen and hear what He’s telling you and, where He’s trying to lead you. After all, they say faith comes by hearing. What better way to hear than to take a stroll with the Lord?

Try letting Him lead, let Him suggest and yes, even let Him command us to walk His way. At the very least you should consciously try it one day. You might find that God shows up in the strangest places. You will see Him in the strangest faces. But one thing is for sure. If you intentionally go looking for Him, you won’t be alone for long. God has a wonderous way of showing up right on time, when He knows somebody is indeed seeking Him out. Remember, though, the first step is the one you take.

May God Bless and keep you always.
