Emory to Host Youth Workshop
ATLANTA – Emory University’s Candler School of Theology will host “Entering the Waters: A Workshop Featuring Religion and Culture Remix” on July 12 (10 a.m. - 2 p.m.) at the school, 1531 Dickey Drive.
The Youth Theological Initiative will discuss how to minister to youth by helping them make wise decisions regarding popular culture -- including Hip Hop music and Reality TV.
The $10 registration fee includes lunch.

Nancy Guinn Memorial Library Hosts Traveling Exhibition
Conyers, Ga. – “Manifold Greatness: The Creation and Afterlife of the King James Bible,” Nancy Guinn Memorial Library, 864 Green Street, Conyers 30012. The exhibit on July 12th is organized by the Folger Shakespeare Library and the American Library Association Public Programs office to mark the 400th anniversary of the publication of the KJB, traveling exhibition made possible by a major grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities.

Radcliffe to Host Etiquette Workshops
ATLANTA – Radcliffe Presbyterian Church will host “ESP2 12: Etiquette, Social Graces and Practical Skills” on July 13 (9 a.m. - 6 p.m.) at the church, 286 Hamilton E. Holmes Drive.
The free series of workshops will include sessions on: public speaking and first impressions, health and nutrition, etiquette and table manners, grooming and style, self-esteem and spirituality for youth ages 10 – 18.

Hillside Freedom Sunday Panel Discussion
ATLANTA – The Impact of Adolescent Behavior on Society: Myth vs. Facts will be presented Sunday, July 14th by the Hillside Freedom Ministry from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Representatives from CDC, Juvenile Court, Juvenile Justice, and educators will be present. Adults and youth are welcomed.
World Changers Hosts ‘The Gathering’
College Park, Ga. – World Changers Church International and Creflo Dollar Ministries will host “The Gathering” conference July 15 – 19 at the church, 2500 Burdett Road.

The Atlanta Gospel Fest
ATLANTA – This event on July 26 and 27 at The Georgia International Convention Center (2000 Convention Center Concourse, Atlanta, Ga. 30337) includes concerts from favorite gospel artists, workshops and seminars, and networking opportunities.
